Summary of Responsibilities
A Raffles Service Agent works on rotation shifts and in-charge to perform all aspects of Telecommunications services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction in accordance with the Raffles’ standards.
Qualifications
Candidate for this position must have minimum of 1 year relevant experience preferably in a four or five star hotel and be a team player who is genuinely passionate about serving guests, at all times thoughtfully focusing on anticipating and exceeding their expectations. They must be able to interact confidently with guests in a naturally friendly and engaging manner, to work fast as well as to deal with complaints patiently in order to turn them into positive experiences. To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to speak and write in English and to operate common computer applications for the job. Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management.
