- Support in managing and monitoring the development of applications to suit the schedule and scope.
- Assist in managing the performance of Squads and their suitability with the agile framework as a work guide and targets from Objectives and Key Results (OKR).
- Assist in managing the performance of the Talent Acquisition unit and implementing agile culture.
- Assist in developing materials by providing updates to internal and external stakeholders including data acquisition and analysis.
- Final year student / Fresh graduate of Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, IT, or in a related field from a reputable University.
- Able to use Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Ms. Office, and other computer skills related would be an advantage.
- High responsibility, self-motivation, independent, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
