The Operation Manager manages the shipment execution of contracts from company-owned facilities and/or third-party vendors to the customer. This position builds relationships with vendors across the entire supply chain and utilizes creative solutions to minimize cost, add value to the customer experience and create further efficiency in the supply chain. The Operation Manager is responsible to oversee shipment planning and execution of shipment contracts from origin to destination.
Requirements:
- Degree in a business-related field or equivalent and relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in agriculture, logistics, or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with strong business acumen and ability to drive forward and execute strategy.
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and relationship-building capability.

- 3 years of logistics and warehousing experience.
- Able to communicate in English
- Have experience in feed miller
- Have international experience as Trade Execution or have experience on importing and storage of products as an operation manager
