- A strong understanding of fashion and lifestyle that will shape marketing and product initiatives to drive new users
- Proven experience in developing brand and marketing strategies
- Minimum 4 years' experience in fashion or lifestyle
- Excellent communicator and experienced with project and stakeholder management
- Empathy and ability to work in a global, cross-functional and collaborative team
- Budget management skills is a plus
