- Has 1 year experience as Sales Executive in the related field.
- Has experience in the process of construction projects and dealing with companies (principals).
- Have extensive relationship with contractors, architects, consultants, and end users.
- Sales goal oriented focus.
- Able to work with a team and independently.
- Computer literate.
- Have strong leadership, active, good communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi Utara.

- Responsible for the sales function.
- Document and review new and ongoing projects to ensure that the company is able to meet customer demands.
- Report every result of customer visits and routine activities to superiors periodically.
- Make offers to customers.
- Ensure the delivery of customer orders according to customer requests.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding order requirements or specifications.
