- Responsible for lead and directing various activities in the Finance Division such as Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Tax Management, Capital Planning, Corporate Actions and Cost Management
- Directing the preparation of monthly business progress reports to BOC & BOD.
- Being a champion of continuous improvement within the Finance division
- Carry out other assignments according to the needs and/or direction of the Board of Director
- Min 10 years working experience in banking industry, preferably having experience at Big4 Accounting Firm.
- Preferably Master Degree in Finance, Management or Accounting with relevant professional certification i.e SMR, CPA, CFA, FRM
- Good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
