Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from a reputable university
- Have experience min. 5 years in the related field
- Experience with SAP
- Detailed knowledge about regulations for chemicals
- Good skills in planning and organizing
- Knowledge in methods, practices and procedures used in chemical engineering, record keeping and reporting
- Proven leadership track record
- Willing to work in Cikarang, West Java
Job Description :
- Quality check for all received Raw Materials and Base Oils."
- Quality check for all finished products and trial samples"
- Manage customers complain review and develop action as well as lead correction, corrective, and prevention"
- Execute & analyze used oil/coolant samples from customers and provide feedback to related Sales"
- Make sure product formulations in SAP are correct and ensure Production Sheets match formulations"
- Involved in CAPEX decisions regarding Laboratory equipment"
- Develop a QC plan for new product deployment"
- Provide root cause analysis of quality issues"
- Lead formulation communication with HQ and lead deployment into production as well as make sure coordination with Product Management"
- Handling & Update Product Information Sheets "
