Responsibilities
1. Administration Requirements of the Role * To maintain Client Management Software (CRM) for renewals and new business Leads and Opportunities.
- To conduct invoicing, filing, document distribution, monitoring credit control and payments,
- To support tender which team are responsible to participate,
- To prepare renewal activities documentations including Internal Strategy Document, Pre-Renewal and Renewal Reports & Presentations, Quotation Slips, Closing Advice etc.
- To provide pre placement, placement and post placement activities/services including day to day work with insurers and services to clients.
- To comply with internal broking guides to perform operational excellence and data quality.
- To support Head Unit for budgeting, monthly forecast and next year’s budgeting process.
- To support the team to achieve profitable revenue growth from the full range of new and existing products & services
- To conduct professionalism and due diligence in all business dealings and communications; being a Team Player in line with our Aon’s Cultures.
- Minimum working experience in Insurance Industry for 3 years.
- Basic/intermediate/advance Marine Insurance knowledge and experience (shipping and/or logistic)
- Intermediate skill using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- English communication for business.
