- Supporting the CEO in delivering strategic multi-dimensional business.
- Assisting in preparing presentations using sound analytics and data.
- Providing strategic ingishts to the decision making process at the leadership level (local and global).
- Managing and developing excellent communication and relationship with stakeholders.
- Preparing pre-read materials for CEO meetings and following up on them.
- Providing quality information and insights, and delivering them in a timely manner.
- Leveraging data and analytics to drive insights that will contribute to the growth of the business.
- Executing a strong internal and external communications with all stakeholders to develop clear market positioning.
- Analyzing business and financial performance to identify the best solutions.
- Providing recommendations to the management team.
- Providing short-term and long-term outlook.
- Working in close coordination with other business units (IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Commercial team) to create, develop and execute strategies.
- Defining and creating a scorecard to align the whole company.
Our client is looking for a high caliber individual with an entrepreneur spirit. This role is only opened to Indonesian who had experience working in the local market, with preference in the in strategy background. Excellent English communication in both verbal and written is a must.
Other requirements include:
- At least 3-5 years of working management experience in the strategic project management, or management consultancy.
- Master degree, or MBA from a top tier university is preferred, but Bachelor's is a must.
- Passion on the travel industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a great personality and ability to make decisions.
- Strong influencing, communication and presentation skills.
- Highly anaytical and comfortable working with data.
- Drive and hunger to achieve results Independent, self-starter and initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Excellent business acumen and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines.
- High commitment, highly energetic, motivation and flexibility.
- Maturity to communicate with the leadership team.
- Willingness to travel.
