What You Will Do:
Supporting Sales Service Team
- Mastering quotation of Contract Service Maintenance, Labor & Material and Replacement business.
- Assist and responsible for making and updating quotation
- Receiving customer PO
- Provide accurate and sufficient document (internally & externally).
- Scrutinize contract service agreement (prolongation agreement).
- Manage & response correspondence of service department (internally & externally).
- Responsible for all administrative work in supporting over all service team activity.
- Maintain customer database & liaise with them occasionally.
- Preparing reports to customers & corporate.
- Responsible for invoicing and managing AR collection.
- Monitoring and tracking shipment
- Report PSA and L&M order secure billing to finance.
- Handling petty cash for expense fuel and daily expense for FLSP activity.
- Arrange travelling documentation for FLSP.
- Responsible for office asset inventory including the documentation which are all related to FLSP operation activity (such as: uniform, operational car, camera, notebook, PPE, tools, etc).
- Arrange and monitor FLSP’s schedule aligned with service engineer and superior.
- Report arrangement (daily/weekly/monthly report) for FLSP and filling system for tracking.
- Maintain customer relationship and assist customer needs
- Diploma / Bachelor degree (prefer: majoring engineering).
- Min 3 years experience in service administration (prefer: HVAC).
- Good communication skill, organizing & relationship management skills.
- Strong administrative skills & basic knowledge in financial reporting.
- MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power-point) and Windows knowledge.
- Local business laws and regulations
- Must be a proactive team player
