- Lead the tender team for preparation, pre-tender qualification, and proposal submission for mining projects including cost estimates, planning, and evaluate risks
- Prepare and review all tender documents and proposal to make sure everything prepared according to requirements
- Involved in commercial and technical clarification with client during tender process
- Proactively try to identify business improvement, potential clients, and cost reductions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors / suppliers in preparation of work planning and scheduling
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Mining Engineering / other related industry
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Mining industry with senior role in Estimator, Tender, or Project / Commercial Control
- Have experience working in Mining Commercial or Infrastructure projects
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
- Have an understanding of mining industry business process, market, and risk management
- Proficient in MS Office and Project Management software
- Fluent in english
