Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:
Develop and implement a sustainable strategy for the growth of the allocated aftermarket sales in the region
Develop strong relationship with key customers to ensure expectations are being met and remedial action taken to address issues
Develop and implement a plan to deliver best in class aftermarket support to customers including geographical expansion where possible
Ensure success of all initiatives from Group, Division and WMA SLT
Contribute to the annual 5 year strategic review for Weir Minerals Business Goals and from this develop and drive the implementation of sound tactical plans for each operation
Create a high performance culture
Plan, lead, organize and coach direct reports to deliver performance against key financial, quality, safety, and customer service measures
Complete any reasonable, suitable duties as requested by your manager
