The responsibilities are:
- Design & implement service on the scope of infrastructure application such as server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print services, MDM, cloud services, etc
- Provide technical solution in the new business requirement using DANA infrastructure application standard
- Working closely with other IT unit, department and/or division in implementing new systems and as well as improve existing infrastructure
- Handling system performance analyze the problems and report to management
- Support day to day operation
- Ensure that all IT infrastructure Application services are documented according to most recent data
- Monitor and evaluate performance of Infrastructure
- Application unit Ensure there are Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity procedures in place, and continually reviewed and tested
- Ensure all Infrastructure Applications are updated in accordance to vendor releases and security
- Working with the Head of IT, supporting the selection of Hardware, Software and support providers, including assisting with infrastructure strategy and design
- BSc degree IT, Computer Science or related field
- Industry-related experience as an IT Infrastructure
- Experience in administering a Microsoft Office 365 tenant account, including Exchange on-line and Azure AD
- Experience in supporting, maintaining and administering Microsoft Windows Networking systems, including Windows Server 2012/2016, MS Active Directory and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
