- Monitor the implementation of the approved Consortium Project Quality Plan.
- Coordinate with the customers representative and Consortium Project Quality Manager on site quality matters.
- Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
- Participate in the site internal and external site audits
- Coordinate timely all site notification of inspections with partner's site QAQC Managers
- Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the partner's site QAQC Managers
- Coordinate with customers representative and Consortium Project Quality Manager on all site nonconformance
- Control all site nonconformance reports and ensure effective corrective action completion
- Assure with partner's site QAQC Managers on all technical/ quality documents relative to site quality control are current status
- Coordinate with the site construction manager and partner's site QAQC Managers on all quality issues and chair the site QA/QC meetings with the projects subcontractors QAQC personnel.
