A leading and respected energy company is seeking an OD Manager to be based in Jakarta. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage the whole aspect of organisational development.

About the OD Manager Role:
Being OD Manager develops programmes to build human capital and strong employee development culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive, corporate-wide development systems, processes and programs, to include oversight of a comprehensive succession planning process that includes online candidate profiles, monitoring and customising candidate development plans, developing succession plans and related reports
  • Conduct company-wide organisational development needs assessments; determine priorities and timelines of recommended deliverables
  • Leverage technology to enhance assessment, career development, training and development and succession planning processes, programmes and tools.
  • Manage outside vendors to ensure the delivery of key development programs, systems and resources
  • Provide executive coaching and career counselling to directors and high-potential candidates
To succeed in this OD Manager role, you must have the ability to act as project manager for the implementation of corporate-wide employee development processes, systems, plans and programmes for all levels of leadership.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in organisational development, organisational psychology or any related field
  • Require exceptional presentation, delivery and facilitation skills and highly developed interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Strong team and client focus, must earn the trust and respect of executives
  • Able to influence and lead cross organisational teams company-wide
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively manage employees, projects and client relationships
  • Innovative and conceptual thinking skills to analyse complex problems and propose solutions, often involving both technical and operational constraints
  • English fluency is a must
