- Responsible for successful promotion or Zurich and its products through various online and offline media channels
- Manage the briefing, creation and implementation of campaigns
- Work closely with 3rd party agencies - such as creative and media - to ensure effective spend and deployment of engaging campaigns
- Act as the voice of our brand to impress and attract new customers
- Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Manage budgets and campaigns across channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identify and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
- Track ROI and performance of marketing campaigns
- Work with customer knowledge and experience team to ensure insight and segmentation is used in the development of campaign strategy
- Monitor consumer opinion and perception through close use of brand studies, TNPS, RNPS and working with the global insight team
- Work closely with the external communications and rest of BMC team to ensure joined up, coordinated communications through the line
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
- Proven work experience for at least 5 years as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with B2C advertising campaigns and their development
- Experience in building multi-channel marketing activities including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, SEM, and other digital channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical skills, leveraging data, insight and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable recommendations
- Good presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent project management skills
