- Bridging to understand user's struggles to repay
- Educate user or provide solutions for them
- Collect from users (to get PTP until payment)
- Minimum Diploma Degree in any field
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Have experience in Desk Collection is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Willing to work in shift for 3 months contract-based
