- Manage Merchant & Agent acquisition team to ensure the team hits the assigned targets
- Ensure that strategy set by management to increase the acquisition rate and onboarding of Merchant & Agent are being apply by the team
- Monitor performance and keep Merchant & Agent productive and contribute to growth in the initial phase of partnership
- Manage, coach and hold accountable individual performance of the designated merchant & agent acquisition team
- Collaborate with other department stakeholders to streamline merchant & agent acquisition process and fix issues
- Join sales visits with the team to gather field updates, field evaluation and acquire key merchant & agents.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related
- Minimum 3 years experience in Logistics sales with 2 years managing a regional team
- Have relevant experience to Agent acquisition and management
- Proficiency in working with CRM / Sales platform tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
