Position: Accountant (Work from Home)
Our Company:
We are a rapidly growing Singapore e-commerce company looking for an Accountant to help manage our multiple accounts. The job is fully remote, so all work can be done at home via a PC.
Job Hours:
Weekdays - 10AM to 6PM (GMT+8)
Salary: 3 months probation. Salary negotiable based on performance, with minimum IDR 10,000,000.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Job Responsibilities:
- Capture and organize sales data. All sales data are online, from e-commerce cart, store POS, Lazada, Shopee and more.
- Identify repetitive tasks and work with programmers for automation of such tasks.
- Ensure accurate data entry by administrators, especially for inventory input.
- Ensure timely generation of monthly reports as required by management and/or Singapore government.
- Work with other accountants.
- In-house programmers with intimate knowledge of our own systems.
- Tax consultant familiar with Singapore Tax requirements.
- Admins for data entry.
Job Requirements:
- Be able to read and write English fluently. Candidates fluent in Mandarin as well are preferred.
- Be comfortable with Excel, Google sheets and accounting software.
- Work from home. Must be currently residing in South East Asia.
- Relevant previous work experience in accounting.
- Have a stable internet connection.
- Requires at least a Bachelor in Accounting OR a relevant CPA / ACCA / CA
