- Use the commercial approach to manage the critical path from concept to buying, react to market changes and challenges.
- Manage the merchandise execution and ensure the implementation aligns with strategy.
- Develop cosmetic business by finding potential brands to be business partner.
- Leading and manage the team
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business or equivalent
- Min. 5 Years working experience in merchandising or category management
- Strong leadership, strong business acumen and team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
