Role Summary: Coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Processes the organization’s payroll accurately and on time.• Activities may include; accounting; distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions; calculating overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonuses; maintaining payroll records.• Resolve payroll enquiries from employees.• May check the work of others to ensure that the payroll is processed accurately.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
