About The Company:
Our client is a B2B Tech Startup that enables contractors to get good construction material supplies in a bigger selection of products and transparent pricing.
This position is the core finance team members that will work directly with the C-levels.
Job Descriptions:
- Lead finance operation team covering General Accounting, Receivables, Payables and Taxation
- Oversee daily accounting operation, monthly and year-end financial reporting/closing processes to ensure timely and high quality reporting in compliance with the requirement
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis to provide business information to the management
- Review finance process constantly and identify areas of improvements
- Perform individually or in the team any ad-hoc or Company special projects in relation to financial aspects
- Manage and mentor finance team to step up their competencies and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable University
- Minimum of 10 years experiences as Finance Manager or Accounting Manager
- Early experience as an auditor in a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and finance business partnering skills
