Job Responsibilities
- Handle PPIC
- Make sure of employee productivity and production target to be as planned
- Manage production dept and the employees under it
- Supervise and control product standard and do quality control for production result
- Manage and responsible for all production related process (end to end)
- Analyze and do kaizen for all production process
- Other responsibilities as needed
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Min. Diploma or Bachelor's degree related to Textile
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 2 years as Production Manager in handling Garment (cutting, sewing, packing, delivery)
・More than 5 years in the Garment industry handling production with experience in managing the team, contributing to SOP improvement, and improving operation
・Willing to work in Ungaran
・Smart, hardworking, good communication skill, good critical thinking skill, good leadership skill
