Customer follow up, calls and correspondence
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Resolve technical problems, explain solution, expedite correction & adjustment
Compose write-ups, marketing & support material
Handle customer accounts, maintain records
Organisational, administrative task
Requirements
D3 / S1 information technology, database and internet knowledge
Familar with e-commerce sites & operation
Able to plan, execute and report work
Hardworking, goal-oriented
Strong communication skills
Tidy and organized
Well groomed
Preferably a lady
