Requirements
- Bachelor Degree any field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales & distribution management in Building Materials or FMCG
- Willing to be placed in Manado
- Reach the sales target
- Ensuring that the project being handled gets a secure stage
- Establish a good relationship with business partners
- Maintaining good relations and negotiations with contractors / developers
- Manage retails
- Carry out product education to the business partner & contractor team
- Running events related to the Private Project
- Perform market intelligence functions & make reports on competitors' activities
