Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Issue PO in accordance to sourcing metrics (cost, delivery, quality, payment term, etc)
- Source vendor for both direct and indirect material
- Drive sourcing KPI improvement for saving, on time delivery, quality improvement, and payment term
- Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process for technology areas from sourcing, bidding, appointment for vendors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, procurement policies, and legal requirements
- Implement sustainable total cost owner, perform saving management, and cost examination
- A Bachelor’s Degree) in Engineering (Industry, Materials, Chemical, Metallurgical, Mechanical, Aeronautics/Aerospace) from a local or internationally reputable university
- Experience in Procurement min 2 years
- Proficient in Ms. Office, Google Docs, ERP System
- Good analytics & strong with data analysis
- Good English written and verbal
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Adaptable to work with multiple stakeholders
- Working at Bandung ( PT. Gents)
