About the Company:
Our client is fast-growing construction materials tech startup, The company serves institutional customers (B2B) in the construction materials sector. They are focusing on sales and distribution, and targeting projects to government and private sectors.
Job Description:
- Provide insights to senior leadership for strategic business decisions.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on the most important issues for the company including product/feature expansion, user feedback, new business expansion, competitive analysis, regulatory landscape, etc.
- Implement organization development initiatives including creating and monitoring performance metrics for each division, setting up company policies, building company culture, etc.
- A top-tier local university graduate
- Preferably have 2-3 years of experience in consulting and strategy
- Understand/able to speak English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Preferably have an exposure to construction material vertical
- Preferably have an exposure to India and SEA market in general
