Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute distribution strategies that support the growth and expansion of company's product lines
- Identify, evaluate and onboard new distribution partners in strategic locations
- Manage existing distribution partners and build strong, collaborative relationships with them to ensure successful distribution of company's products
- Conduct regular reviews of distribution partners to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and service level agreements
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving distribution processes and strategies
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and support of distribution strategies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the distribution team, ensuring that all team members have the resources and support they need to succeed
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in the food and beverage industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in distribution management handling F&B products
- Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distribution partners and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful distribution strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving distribution processes and strategies
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
