- Hold Bachelor's degree.
- Has 1 year experience as Customer Service.
- Business level English and Conversational level Mandarin.
- Must be comfortable with front desk job dealing with repeated or new distributors.
- Good in communication, positive, meticulous, responsible and able to multi-task.
- Well versed in using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work overtime or on public holidays as and when required.

- Reception duties, incoming calls, and customer's order fulfilment.
- Attend to customers' requests, enquiry and service related matters.
- Perform point of sales order processing and ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Support company events and coordinate activities related to training.
- Handle feedback and complaints of customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
