Job Description
- Responsible for the operation performance of key users and improvement of contents.
- Do comprehensive analysis & give suggestions in order to choose the best fit KOL (influencers) and community to improve the company's brand awareness and create buzz.
- Responsible for collecting, providing, and QC KOL (influencers) and community resources required for the project according to business goals, thematic themes, and overall ideas.
- Responsible for project implementation: communicate with KOL and community on specific cooperation matters to output delivery and achieve the expected results.
- Maintain a good relationship with KOL (influencers) and community.
- Brainstorm with related departments on how to increase the marketing engagement by collaborating with certain KOL (influencers) and community.
- Develop post-buy reports on each project/campaign initiated by KOL (influencers) and community.
- Min. 2-3 years experience as KOL/Community Specialist. Experience in a MCN agency, digital agency or media company is a plus.
- Have a strong KOL (micro, macro & mega) and community database with good relationships.
- Strong knowledge in trending digital activities and marketing communication approach.
- Enthusiast about e-commerce dynamics and good communication/negotiation skills.
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills with good presentation skills.
- Have passion and a good understanding of social media and influencer marketing.
- Experience in content curation and community management.
