ROLES 👩🏽💻👨💻
- Define the product roadmap for Corporate Card and be responsible for end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Own the Card infrastructure and partner integrations with network schemes, issuing banks or payment partners
- Manage a team consisting of Card Operations and Product Manager: advise on best practices in workflow management, issue resolution and product management
- Grow our Cards portfolio by developing the card value proposition to win market share and enhance card profitability
- Analyse business, data and system interface requirements for roadmap features, system integrations, software maintenance or customer requests
- Collaborate with development teams, software architects and UI/ UX Designers to deliver great products and user experience
- Conduct sprint planning, maintain product backlog and manage product releases on regular intervals
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales and Marketing, Customer Success, Legal and Compliance, Strategy and Operations to drive product strategy and launch
- Write clear, concise and comprehensive functional requirements and coordinate project management necessary for product launch
- Recognise trends in key business problems and keep key stakeholders informed of project progress, issues, risks and product performance
- Contribute to internal initiatives that level up the product organisation, process, technology and customer experience
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on the Fintech or Payment industry and especially in the B2B space
- 3+ years of card-relevant experience, such as: Cards Product Management, Cards Program Management, Cards System Architect, Cards Business Analyst etc.
- Strong understanding of corporate smart card market landscape in APAC
- Expertise in card systems and have built or heavily participated in building a cards system which is integrated with multiple vendors / partners. Prior experience in the other product management areas will be considered
- Strong track record of delivering impactful products and features and managing engineering teams to drive agile development cycles
- Entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in an environment of ambiguity
- Passionate about an efficient and robust system which can grow alongside our transaction volume and customers without breaking
- Master communicator who brings stakeholders together and drives towards a singular goal of product and business success
- Fluent communication in English
