Role Summary: Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan.
Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in project planning , including formulating master plans for integrated industrial complex, support infrastructure such as power, access roads and jetties, value engineering and evaluation of competing technology;
Procurement and negotiations, including developing tender packages, ensuring proper legal contracts;
Project budgets and project schedule for approval;
Permits and licenses for projects in place on timely basis;
Project management to deliver projects that meet TQC (Time, Quality, Cost) targets as well as health, safety, environmental standards;
Good coordination and teamwork with operations/business owners to deliver Continuous Improvements on new projects over existing plants;
Ensure proper systems and process over tender evaluations , cost controls and dispute management , construction & project management SOP in place;
Assist in continuing process improvements , plant modifications;
Ensure project team has adequate capability to deliver as required, including for future growth;
Ensure proper talent management in place, in conjunction with HR.
Requirement
Minimum 12 years’ experience in a similar role ;
Experience in working on Process plants, manufacturing facilities or Petrochemical plants
Willing to be based in Dumai, Riau, Indonesia.
