Job Description:
- Be client-centric, understand the market/business, and drive strategies to strengthen engagement and grow local clients.
- Engage, support, and collaborate with the retail team, in planning and executing all client actions.
- Experiences in market/client segmentation to curate the best arrangement for each type of client.
- Expand client base (in-store and online) and groom the sales potential of the active client, especially top clients and high-end businesses.
- Elevate overall client experience through the seamless support of the Client Service Center.
- Ensure all clienteling actions are carried out with the highest level of sophistication.
- Bachelor Degree holder.
- Minimum three years experience in CDM management, preferably in luxury market.
- A Resourceful, outgoing, good networking skill, and understand the context of luxury clienteling.
- Client centric possess strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinker.
- Great in planning, organizing project, fast, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft office application, excel .
- Fluent in English written and verbal
