PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Pangkal Pinang, a Main Distributor for one of Indonesia's most well-known Motorcycle Brand, who is looking for HR Manager
Job Responsibilities: * Monitor & manage the process of recruitment, screening, interviews up to hiring
- Setting standards and guiding new employee orientation
- Help tidy up the Job Desc and KPI for each division and update it regularly according to company developments
- Conduct performance appraisals every 3 months with each division head concerned
- Do HR planning
- Conduct job analysis, review salary, incentives and bonuses for employees
- Updating company regulations in accordance with applicable government regulations
- Provide support and direction for HR Staff
- Investigate & resolve conflicts that occur both internally and externally
- Discipline employees who work unprofessionally
- At Bachelor's degree from Psychology, HR, or related major
- Have at least 3 years of experience as HR SPV / Manager
- Have experience in Psychological Testing for Recruitment
- Familiar in using HRIS
- Willing to be placed in Pangkal Pinang
