PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Pangkal Pinang, a Main Distributor for one of Indonesia's most well-known Motorcycle Brand, who is looking for HR Manager

Job Responsibilities: * Monitor & manage the process of recruitment, screening, interviews up to hiring
  • Setting standards and guiding new employee orientation
  • Help tidy up the Job Desc and KPI for each division and update it regularly according to company developments
  • Conduct performance appraisals every 3 months with each division head concerned
  • Do HR planning
  • Conduct job analysis, review salary, incentives and bonuses for employees
  • Updating company regulations in accordance with applicable government regulations
  • Provide support and direction for HR Staff
  • Investigate & resolve conflicts that occur both internally and externally
  • Discipline employees who work unprofessionally
Job Requirements:
  • At Bachelor's degree from Psychology, HR, or related major
  • Have at least 3 years of experience as HR SPV / Manager
  • Have experience in Psychological Testing for Recruitment
  • Familiar in using HRIS
  • Willing to be placed in Pangkal Pinang
