- Mampu membuat timeline proyek sesuai target dan mengkomunikasikan dengan atasan, tim, klien, vendor dan pihak-pihak terkait
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kegiatan operational di lokasi project , termasuk merancang jadwal shift dan attendance
- Memastikan kelancaran kegiatan keluar masuk barang sesuai dengan checklist yang sudah ditentukan
- Membina hubungan baik dengan vendor eksternal dan internal
- Memastikan semua kegiatan yang berlangsung di project sesuai dengan SOP
- D3/S1 Arsitek/Teknik Sipil atau memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Project Manager Fit Out
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
- Mampu bekerja sesuai tenggat waktu yang sudah ditetapkan
- Diutamakan kandidat yang sudah berdomisili di Surabaya, namun bersedia ditempatkan di luar kota sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
