- Communicate and create awareness of all elements of statutory compliance across all levels and functions in the organization
- Handle the successful implementation of employee benefits programs such as COP facility (Car Ownership Program), Vendor Management, and Administrative Management
- Manage internal and external letters (GA Administration) and keep track of relevant data and documentation
- Prepare and re-continue Company Regulations to the Human Resources Department
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management focusing on General Affairs and Procurement
- Has managed General Affairs inquiries in alignment with Indonesia Law Regulations in a Multinational Company
- Ideally coming from the Consultancy or Professional Firms industry
- Professional level of English proficiency
