Job Description
Handling special focused projects to sourcing workers, placement & fulfillment.
Lead and supervise projects done well aligned with the company's standard.
Monitor and prepare reports regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan including schedule, cost control, materials management, and QC.
Preparing, calculating and analyzing the most appropriate number of manpower for each project
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and codes
Create documentation and reporting related to project division
Liaise with clients for technical issues on site
Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
1-Year contract agreement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (S1) or above in relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in the project in various industry such as agronomy, mining, heavy equipment, raw materials, etc.
Preferable has a strong background handling construction and plantation workers.
Willing to work on a mobile basis regarding routine business trips.
Excellent time management, problem solvings, and leadership skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Has deep knowledge regarding leads and projects for multi-industry projects in Indonesia.
