What You Will Do:
- Conduct independent research projects or with other researchers, ranging from directional to foundational research
- Planning and executing research initiatives to gather insights into user behavior by exploring both UX/Product research and market research.
- Collaborate closely with product manager, product design, and business unit team to accommodate their research request to gain impactful insights for better decision-making process.
- Generate research insights, creative recommendations, and storytelling presentations that can drive design improvements and product roadmaps.
- Adding and contributing valuable content and best practices for the Product Design & UX Research team, improving our research practices on an individual and community basis
- Facilitating workshops, reviews, share backs, discovery sessions, and brainstorms with various stakeholders and the project teams.
- Bachelor's degree from any field of studies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product, UX, or market research
- Ability to work in teams and independently
- Strong in both qualitative & quantitative research.
