- Advise management with strategic input on people-related issues; covering recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefit, organization development
- Participate in the continual development of end-to-end HR programs
- Analyze data, pinpoint areas of improvement, and establish relevant HR programs aligned with business strategy
- Maintain strong relationship with stakeholders across departments and business units, providing advisory role as necessary
- Drive the deployment of HR Program, tools and strategy, ensure organizations understanding and meaningful deployment
For you to be able to succeed in this role, you will have:
- Successful experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Generalist with at least 10 years of working experience
- Deep understanding of end-to-end HR practices and critical thinking with the ability to translate business strategy into relevant HR programs
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder management experience
- Willing to WFO in South Tangerang area
