Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end Human Resources department and full talent / employee cycle
  • Develop plans and drive initiatives for talent strategies from talent acquisition, talent management & development, performance evaluation including training and development, compensation & benefits, and HR operations including payroll
  • Ensure all employee relations and manpower management are in compliance with Labour Law and Employment Act as well as internal control and also the point of contact for all employee relations
  • Continuously assess and analyze data to report to the board and senior managers through effective HR metrics
  • Drive and develop employee engagement strategies as well as enhancing employer branding align with company values
  • Develop strategies to enhance talent performance that lead to employee growth and productivity align with business objectives
  • Enhance an effective organization structure, resource planning and culture development align with company value and business objectives
  • Support business leaders, executives and all levels of staffs as strategic HR business partner in the area of talent management including sitting in business internal and external meetings as required
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the employees in Indonesia and act as subject matter expert for HR matters
  • Oversee and manage HR operations including payroll, regulatory reporting including environmental & community practices
  • Manage and nurture relationship with both internal employees as well as external stakeholders
  • Support and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulation, Company Handbook, Quality & Environmental Standards, and all other related policies.

  • Proven experiences in full spectrum of Human Resources both at operational and strategical levels
  • Proven leadership and management skills to lead end-to-end HR department as well as strategic HR business partner to the business
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Indonesian Labour Law, Employment Act, Manpower Regulation. Local Balinese and surrounding areas culture / tradition understanding would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated passion and high ethical conduct to lead HR department align with company values and business objectives
  • Honest with an open approach to work collaboratively across organization and with management team
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage, drive and influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Champion of the culture and value of organization
  • Strong problem analytical, solving skills, can-do attitude, agile mindset and comfortable working in dynamic environment including with international & multicultural team
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain key relationship with business leaders, employees, affiliates and other external stakeholders
  • Strong business/commercial and financial acumen to work alongside with management
  • Strong commands both verbal and written English
