- Bachelor's degree is preferable.
- Current and proficient user of WFM systems/tools for Fiber networks would be an advantage
- A proven ability to motivate teams
- Able to operate MS Office
- Manage Work Orders for customer installation and Fault Repair
- Scheduling, dispatching to technician, ensure work is completed
- Handle complaint related to schedule installation & troubleshooting customer and create service calls as necessary.
- Communicate with vendor by phone and email.
- Manage and maintain report installation & troubleshoot through work Force Management application.
- Create service schedules, assign calls to technicians, and ensure routes are completed.
- Interfaces with customers, salespeople, technicians, and others as necessary via phone or email for all service
