KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the relationship
- Build close relationship with key customers within respective sub area management through regular visit.
- Plan, Propose, Conduct, the scientific activities for coverage customers in order to build strong sustainability relationship and increase adoption level.
- Regularly update HCP Segmentation defined by Business Operation & Innovation
- Impacts the effectiveness of own work team through the quality and timeliness of the work produced.
- Largely works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines and gains some discretion in problem solving.
- Understands how the team integrates with other teams in order to achieve overall objectives/target of the area.
- Managing the market
- Responsible for achieving business objectives in the assigned sub area.
- Actively seek the HCP coverage opportunity and discuss the further action to superior.
- Activites covered are Availability, Productivity, Visibility, and Recommendation.
- Collect and communicate market intelligence data to the superior.

- Plan, Propose, Conduct, the public activities for patient in order to increase awareness of desease. This includes liaison with Medical team in the event of direct awareness towards patients.
- Report significant trends in product acceptance, new products launched and competitor activities.
- Managing distributor and/or sub-distributor by actively seek the coverage opportunity and discuss the further action to superior.

- To be prepared to undertake travel, relocation and special assignments whenever necessary accross Indonesia.
