Job Description
The opportunity
Candidate would actively involved in the development of mutual fund starting from product design to implementation as well as assisting in market intelligence and research on competitors and product trend.
Responsibilities
1. Actively involved in mutual fund development and registration especially document preparation for registration to OJK, including coordinating with legal consultant, notary, custodian bank and related internal departments.
2. To conduct a periodic or incidental review for new and existing mutual fund related documents, to ensure that mutual funds KIK and Prospectus are in line with the product design and/or internal and external regulations.
3. To conduct market research/intelligence related to product positions and to prepare regular report to Company’s management and other departments.
4. To prepare regular reports related to the team’s activities which must be submitted timely to external and/or internal parties, including to OJK.
5. To prepare and hold regular and/or incidental meetings related to the activities of the team.
6. To conduct regular education and/or information session to ensure that internal departments are updated with MAMI’s mutual funds.
7. To ensure all information and materials prepared by the team are in line with the capital market regulation as well as internal regulations and policies.
8. Update with the market trend, surveying and reviewing the mutual fund offer from the competitors and able to communicate about key feature of Manulife’s mutual funds.
9. To coordinate with distribution, legal and compliance, operations and investment teams to ensure the smooth execution of team’s activities.

- 3-5 years working experience in capital market
- Minimum bachelor degree in finance, accounting or economy
- WMI holder preferable
- Legal experience in dealing with KIK and Prospectus is an advantage
- Able to speak English and multitasking
