Responsibilities
- Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
- Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
- Uphold and enforce company policies
- Schedule shifts
- Address customer issues and complaints
- Oversee security of the facility
- Train, supervise and support Rooms team
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Handle complaints and specific customers' requests
- Ensure proper mail distribution
- Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
- Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
- Experience in operating OPERA system.
- Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
- Problem-solving skills
