Your Role and Responsibilities
Ecosystem Marketers are responsible for 'sell to', 'sell with' and 'sell through' in partner-led demand motions (Build, Sell, Service and Strategic Partners) to scale business growth. Manage channel capacity and effective engagement with IBM-led marketing efforts. Enable co-marketing execution for partners to execute demand generation programs. Develop and launch new programs to service partners' needs and leverage core demand generation squad activity to drive demand for partners.
IBM Partner Ecosystem Marketing Managers are responsible for business partners' success in contributing IBM revenue through,
  • Business partner revenue growth through co-marketing program plan and execution
  • Business partner marketing enablement through IBM resources
  • Business partner success story development for IBM Branding and demand generation
  • Business partner engagement with PartnerWorld program and other IBM global co-marketing programs
  • Business partner performance analysis and marketing budget management
The Ecosystem Marketer will need to work closely with the business, the Indonesia marketing team, and the Asia Pacific Ecosystem Marketing team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience in business technology setting. Channel marketing experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia’s economic trends, technology vendors and business industries
  • Understanding technology solutions and the competitive landscape is ideal
  • Ability to manage marketing resources & tools for IBM Ecosystem Partners. Provide the Partner insights where/how best to incorporate IBM Marketing resources in his business plan and optimize the supporting tools
  • Strong experience in project management, strategic communication, extracting Partner/Client insights and planning with business to maximize Partner revenue
  • Ability to work in tight collaboration with sales reps, business partners, and sales leaders to capture market demand and elevate the IBM brand.
  • Strong history of collaboration across marketing disciplines to create and optimize a programmatic approach–aligned with business strategy–to reach clients and partners.
  • Prior experience in channel capacity planning and marketing enablement of channel partners is ideal
