- Implement new systems / modules to increase overall productivity of the supply chain functional teams.
- Implement various effective processes and strategies, along with operational improvement projects .
- Lead business process analysis and make decisions together with COO.
- Works in liaison with internal teams, such as BI, Sales and S&OP team on a daily basis.
- Transform S&OP plans into tactical plans.
- Ensure healthy levels of inventory with high level of interaction with supply centers.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field (MBA Graduates preferred).
- At least 7 years of working experience in supply chain.
- Having leadership role in at least one of the following functions of Supply Chain: Demand Planning and Field Operations, Manufacturing Strategy & Operations, Logistics & Distribution.
- Well developed communication and problem solving skills.
- Experienced in handling complex and detailed situations.
- Comfortable with uncertainty.
- Know all the details in supply chain process from inbound to outbound.
- Ability to gain a global perspective from emerging markets
