- Create comprehensive and thoughtful Product Roadmap that is fitting with business vision and mission that wish to enable Open Finance in Indonesia.
- Responsible and accountable for all phases of Product Lifecycle, from concept, design, build, delivery, go-to market, retrospective and iterations.
- Manage Product Management team approximately 15 PMs, while preparing and mentor them to be the future leaders.
- Set Objective Key Metrics and ensure alignment with company's North Star Metrics.
- 8-10 years of working experience, 3-4 years with Leadership experience, preferably someone who have managed approximately 8-15 PMs in their past career.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, equipped with strong business acumen.
- Required to have experience in Fintech or API Product, experience in Banking as a Service product would be highly valued.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Open for expatriate, but Indonesian with strong local context is also encouraged to apply.
