- Oversee tax issues for the company's operations in Indonesia to ensure the company fulfils its tax obligations and in compliance with the local tax laws
- Ensure all tax filings and reports and tax payments are submitted accurately and on time
- Manage tax audits and litigation, provide guidance on audit defence strategy, negotiate with tax offices on controversial issues and propose settlement options
- Provide timely functional guidance and advice to support the company's operations and initiatives
- Monitor local tax related legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the company's operations and tax positions
- Plan and execute tax risk management, including risk identification and report, assessment of exposure, provisioning, risk mitigation plans

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar roles
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
- Experience in handling local tax regulation (VAT/ CIT/ withholding tax)
- Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
