- Prepare for New Employee Onboarding (menyiapkan laptop, create email, onboarding session/sosialisasi info&security awareness Alterra, serah terima laptop dan checking laptop)
- In charge of troubleshooting Issue problem laptop / Inquiries and Request & complaints (email/MS.Office yang terkendala, service laptop)
- In Charge of Administratif Zoom & MS. Office
- Prepare of New Employee Offboarding (laptop handover, disable access, pengecekan kondisi laptop)
- Perawatan office tools (ISP, router, access point, printer, telephone, managing ERP) + asset management
- Pembuatan & management kartu dan mesin ID card
- Supporting Offline Events (cable, sound system, projector, mic)
- Manage & setting Zoom for Large Meetings
- Manage Bills and Subscription (Adobe, Gsuit, domain, ISP, AWS/GCP )
- Min 1 Year Experience as IT Support
- Willing to Work in Hybrid Setting
- Jakarta Based
- Willing to go on Business Trips if Needed
