Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree from Finance/Accounting/Business
- At least have 4 years experience as accounting and finance at the management level.
- Able to operate Finance/Accounting System
- Oriented to detail
- Good communication skill
- Able to work in fast changing work envirotment
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a full set of financial and accounting records
- Source accurate invoicing information from internal staff for processing purposes
- Process all invoices (Account Payable and Account Receivable)
- Payroll-related work
- To handle other daily operational works-statement of accounts, bank reconciliation, tax submission, reports, etc
- Assist the Finance and Accounting Manager in any other ad-hoc matters
